What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for a private-label run?
MOQ is set by the container — typically one full container load (1 FCL) to start, and you can mix base models across the catalogue to fill it. Exact per-model MOQ for branded production is confirmed on your OEM quote.
What can I customise — just the logo, or more?
The full stack: logo print (silk-screen, pad-print or laser), custom colourways and materials, and retail packaging with hang-tags, barcodes and manuals. Larger programmes can go to full ODM with bespoke tooling and original designs.
Can I get a branded sample before committing to bulk?
Yes. We produce a pre-production sample with your logo, colours and packaging so you can inspect and sign off before mass production. Sampling terms and timing are confirmed with your quote.
What is the typical lead time for an OEM order?
Branded runs depend on artwork sign-off, sample approval and volume. We confirm a firm lead time alongside MOQ and pricing on your OEM quote — most programmes move from approved sample to shipped container without a factory visit.
How does the private-label process work end to end?
Four steps: choose a base model, customise the logo, colours and packaging (or go full ODM), approve a pre-production sample, then we run bulk production with in-house QC and ship by the container, factory-direct to your port.
Can you produce custom retail packaging and manuals?
Yes — branded colour boxes, hang-tags, barcodes (UPC/EAN) and multilingual manuals, designed to be retail-shelf and marketplace ready. Share your artwork or brief and we'll match it.
Who do you work with, and do you ship worldwide?
We work with brands, retail chains, marketplace/Amazon sellers and importers/distributors moving container volume — factory-direct, full-container shipments worldwide, with in-house QC and the certificates your market requires.
Which certifications and test reports can you provide?
Factory-level social/quality audits (e.g. BSCI, ISO 9001) and product test reports to the standard your market requires — such as REACH and CPSIA, and FDA / LFGB for food-contact items like cooler liners. The exact certificates depend on the product and destination; we confirm what's available and issue the reports for your order.
Which Incoterms / shipping terms do you offer?
EXW and FOB (China port) as standard, with CIF to your destination port and DDP (delivered, duties paid) to major markets on request. We quote the Incoterm you prefer and handle export documentation either way.
What are your payment terms?
Typically a deposit to start production with the balance before shipment (commonly 30% deposit / 70% against the shipping documents), by bank transfer (T/T). Exact terms — and options like L/C for larger programmes — are confirmed on your OEM quote.
